Jaren Schley

When you’ve been in the field since middle school, you don’t just know agriculture, you live it. 

Jaren Schley has been around agriculture his entire life, having worked at Next Level Ag since he was 12. That young experience allowed him to accumulate hands-on agronomy experience that he readily shares with growers across South Dakota and Minnesota. 

With a strong foundation in soil fertility, crop nutrition, and water quality, Jaren currently works as a Technical Agronomist and is passionate about helping farmers become more efficient and profitable season after season.

He thrives on building long-term relationships and believes that agronomy-first thinking is key to driving results.

Jaren’s approach is part of a larger BW Fusion mindset: question the norm, improve constantly, and always keep the grower as the central focus. “100% honesty is at the heart of everything we do here at BW Fusion. We are constantly asking questions, striving to be better and help our growers succeed,” he says. 

Off the clock, Jaren is a loyal Detroit Lions fan and enjoys hitting the golf course when he can.
